DNA SENDAWAYS
Background
As a limited number of tests are offered in-house, prepared DNA can be sent to another laboratory for testing. Samples are regularly dispatched to other laboratories in New Zealand, Australia and the rest of the world using an efficient courier service. Results are reported back to WRGL and forwarded to the requesting physician. Sendaway tests, that are not referred through Genetic Health Service NZ, will incur a cost which will be invoiced to the referring clinician. Please contact the laboratory for advice on testing and cost.
